According to a link at EPL Transfer Rumors -- Tottenham Linked With Maxi Rodriguez -- Spurs is looking to sign the Atletico Madrid midfielder for roughly £4million.

I have always enjoyed watching the Argentine player and would love to see him come to the EPL for the 2009-10 campaign.

UEFA U-21 Championship: Germany 1 - 1 England With Aide From Several Players From Football London

England, not needing a result to move into the UEFA U-21 Championship semifinal round, still managed to draw with rival Germany 1-1 on Monday, June 22nd.

Several players from London-based clubs factored into the result including:
  1. Defender - Michael Mancienne - Chelsea
  2. Defender - James Tomkins - West Ham United
  3. Midfielder - Danny Rose - Tottenham Hotspur
  4. Forward (sub) - Theo Walcott - Arsenal
  5. Midfielder (sub) - Kieran Gibbs - Arsenal

England finished first in Group B.

West Ham United: Transfer Rumours - Radoslav Kovac To Remain?

Czech Republic international, Radoslav Kovac, is hoping that there is still a chance that his loan deal at West Ham via Spartak Moscow this past January will become a permanent signing.

Speaking with deniksport.cz Kovac remarked on the situation.

"Let's not make conclusions yet," Kovac said.
According to Skysports.com, Spartak's valuation of the player is said to be around €4million (£3.5m). And West Ham is unlikely to pay that amount.

Tottenham Hotspur: Transfer Rumours - Vedran Corluka Wants Darijo Srna

Tottenham Hotspur defender Vedran Corluka is hoping that manager Harry Redknapp makes a move for his compatriot Darijo Srna, a wing-back with Shakhtar Donetsk.

Corluka, a Croatian international, recently spoke with Sportske Novosti.

"I know that Redknapp is keen on Srna and would not be surprised if Tottenham go for him," Corluka said.

"I would play in the middle of defence if that were the case.

"We'll see what Darijo's plans are, but it seems that there are plenty of offers, which is no surprise given his quality."
